Service Description

We provide professional mattress and lounge cleaning services including:

• Upholstery deep cleaning (couches, sofas, lounges)
• Mattress deep cleaning (all sizes)
• Eco fabric protector application
• Spot cleaning treatments

Booking and Scheduling

• Services are scheduled by appointment only
• 24-hour notice required for cancellations
• Access to items must be provided at scheduled time

Pricing and Payment

• Prices quoted based on package and scope
• Payment is due upon completion of service after you have seen the result
• We accept cash, card, and bank transfer
• Additional charges may apply for out-of-scope items agreed before work begins
• All prices include GST where applicable

Service Guarantee

• 100% satisfaction guarantee on all services
• If not satisfied, we'll return to re-clean at no charge
• Claims must be made within 7 days of service completion

Liability and Insurance

• Fully insured for your protection
• Pre-existing damage should be disclosed before service
• Liability limited to cost of service provided

Health and Safety

• Plant-based, kid and pet safe products used on all jobs
• Customers should inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before service
